How to Request a First Flight Certificate:

Requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure.
The certificate will be prepared in advance and handed over by the cabin crew onboard.

The information provided during the request will be used directly to personalise the certificate. Please ensure that all passenger details are accurate and correctly entered, as the certificate will have the information exactly as submitted.
