Eligibility

• Basic:
  Available to passengers holding tickets under any Economy fare family, including Economy Promo, Basic, or Classic (Available for all routes except the Dhaka to Colombo route).

• Flex:
  Available to passengers holding tickets under any Economy fare family, including Economy Promo, Basic, or Classic.

• Not Eligible:
  Passengers traveling on rebated tickets are not eligible for Business Class upgrades via the Call Center or Airport. However, they may request an inflight upgrade, subject to Business Class seat availability.

Rate Card for Business Class Upgrades

Basic 

The above rates are chargeable per sector requiring an upgrade. For return tickets, the rate shall be doubled to reflect the two sectors (except Malé).

For the Malé sector, rates will apply sector-wise as above.

Flex 

The above rates are chargeable per sector requiring an upgrade. For return tickets, the rate shall be doubled to reflect the two sectors (except Malé).

For the Malé sector, rates will apply sector-wise as above.

• Upgrades are subject to seat availability. 
• Payment for upgrades is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Business Class benefits include an enhanced onboard experience but will not include additional baggage allowances or reduced change or cancellation fees, if upgraded inflight.
